Wonderland Engine’s privacy policy.

Introduction 

Wonderland develops, markets and sells web based graphics software and tools that can be used to develop web based graphics software.

“Wonderland”, “we” or “us” refers to Wonderland GmbH in this Privacy Policy.

when you use our services (the website and Wonderland Editor) and account.

1. Collected Data 

When you use the website without the account function, we collect anonymous page visit events via web logs and Google Analytics.

If you decide to use our account function, we retrieve either from the Google account you sign up with, or your input: email, first name and last name. You may optionally provide the name of the company you work for. We store this data such that you can access your account from the “Wonderland Editor” application.

When you log in to your account either from Wonderland Editor or the Website, we store a timestamp for when this log in occured, from the editor and from the website.

2. Why we Collect This Data 

Anonymous site statistics help us improve our service. If you chose to sign up for the newletter, we use your email address to communicate with you, send you an email about new releases and news about our products or services (marketing). First and last name are used to individualize these emails and the website.

We also use your email to inform you about changes the the Wonderland Engine EULA.

The name of your company helps us understand how our products and services are used in the industry.

The timestamp associated with your last login helps us find cruical problems in our signup process and Wonderland Editor.

3. Children Under the Age of 13 

Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are under 13, please do not provide any information on this website.

4. Mailing Policy 

We send you an email for verifying your email address, thanking you for signup, sending you links for password reset and to notify you about changes to the EULA or this policy.

Additional emails – which you can opt-in to on the account page, or by signing up for the newsletter – include information about changes to our product and services, news from the community, new learning material and requests for feedback.

6. Transfers 

We will not sell, rent, swap or authorize any third party to use your email address, first or last name without your permission.

In the future, we may sell, buy, merge or partner with other companies or businesses. In such transactions, we may include your information among the transferred assets.
