  • Is Wonderland Engine free?

    You may use Wonderland Engine for free to make up to 120,000 USD revenue per year from all your Wonderland Engine projects combined. Revenue beyond that threshold is subject to a 10% royalty fee.

    Alternatively, we offer seated enterprise licenses that allow you to exchange the loading screen or even white-label your projects.

  • Which headsets are supported?

    Any headset that has a browser with WebXR support available. Any headset released in the future is automatically supported, if it has a browser with WebXR support.

    Currently these are known devices that provide a WebXR-enabled browser:

    Apple Vision PRO, Meta Quest 1, Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, Meta Quest 3, HTC Vive Focus 3, Pico Neo 3, Pico 4, Huawei VR 3dof, Huawei VR 6dof, HoloLens 1, HoloLens 2, Magic Leap 1, Magic Leap 2, Lynx XR 1, Google Cardboard, Samsung Gear VR, Google Daydream View,

    Any desktop VR headset (HP Reverb, Lenovo, Samsung Odyssey, Oculus Rift, Oculus Rift S, HTC Vive XR Elite, HTC Vive Focus, HTC Vive Pro, HTC Vive Pro 2, Valve Index, Varjo VR-1, Varjo VR-2, Varjo VR-3). Any headsets in the future that have a browser are automatically supported.

  • Does Wonderland Engine support classic 3D?

    Yes. You can target PC, tablets and smartphone devices with Wonderland Engine.
  • Which Programming Language do I need to know?

    Because you can reuse components built by others, you can build basic apps without any code. Once you want to define your own custom behavior, you need to know JavaScript or TypeScript.
